As a qualified and certified personal trainer, health coach, and health behavior change specialist since 2015, I’m here to show you that you can make long lasting health changes, regardless of your current obstacles. I help everyday people MASTER their body, mind, and life through the 8 Dimensions of Wellness & shifting negative health behaviors and habits. Through the lens of Positive Psychology, I understand that my clients are the experts in their lives and come with their own individual set of life mastery tools.

My services are categorized as Health Coaching and may qualify for full or partial reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

When it comes to wellness, the reality is that real results require consistent work, determination, and a personalized approach that fits your specific lifestyle and goals. Recognizing that wellness is a combination of multiple factors (including but not limited to physical wellness such as exercising and nutrition) is an important step towards adapting a healthier lifestyle. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness Include: Physical, Intellectual, Environmental, Emotional, Financial, Occupational, Social, and Spiritual wellness. 

As your Health Coach, I will guide you towards the development of new positive health habits that support you on your journey through the 8 wellness dimensions. As I coach you to build on each new positive habit, you will see your body, mind, and life change before your very eyes. 

Although it can take a person anywhere from 18 to 254 days to form a new habit, the average amount of time for a new habit to become automatic is 66 days. As your Health coach, I’m here to collaborate with you on a plan that brings it all together so that you can get a comprehensive, customized health & wellness experience where you can finally see the long lasting results you’ve been working towards.

As a health behavior change specialist, my aim is to help you identify your goals, design a health plan that fits your needs and guide you through every step of the process. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I work with clients who are looking to lose weight, gain strength, achieve health confidence, develop positive healthy lifestyle habits through the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, and/or shift addictive behavior patterns (including but not limited to eating disorders, drug & alcohol addiction, and negative health behaviors associated with anxiety disorders).

30 minutes group fitness training. 30 minutes health behavior change coaching. Each YR1 Total Health & Fitness Transformation Program groups have a 10 person maximum participation and meet 2 times per week for 12 months.

This 12 month program is intended to give you access to the tools that you need in order to be successful in all 8 dimensions of wellness (physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, financial, occupational, social, and spiritual). This program has a minimum commitment of 12 months and is billed monthly. With a value of over $15,000, you will only be paying a mere fraction of the price! 

You will meet with your coach--certified personal trainer, certified health coach, and behavior change specialist, Coach Brandi Nik-- twice per week on zoom with your cohort. 30 minutes will be pure workout, while the other 30 minutes is health behavior change coaching and wellness training. You will have homework assignments every week to hold you accountable to your progress. Sessions will be held on zoom with your cohort of no more than 10 program registrants. As we move throughout the 12 month period, we will hit certain milestones, fitness goals, and make pivotal health and wellness behavioral changes that will have a life long impact. This is the most important year of your life. Are you ready to begin your Year ONE?   

Also included in this program:

☑ A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire that helps our Certified Personal Trainers & Health Coaches deliver the appropriate workouts to you

☑ Eight 30 minute workouts and eight 30 minute health coaching sessions per month designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach to help you reach your goals 

☑ Scheduled face time with your Certified Personal Trainer and/or Health Coach 2 time(s) per week during your 60 minute health & fitness session. 

☑ Workouts that target every body part and move through all primary movement patterns for better mobility and strength 

☑ Access to our app so you and your Fitness Coach can track your progress. 

☑ Progress photos and weigh ins at the start and end of each program

☑ Access to our CLOSED Facebook group for FitNu Life training/coaching clients

☑ Messenger or email communication with your Certified Personal Trainer and/or Health Coach


60 minute virtual health and behavior change coaching (including addictions) or 1-on-1 fitness coaching. This is a great service for someone who is having a difficult time breaking certain negative health behaviors, or someone wants to get in shape with a private workout. It is recommended on average, that clients plan on a behavior change program lasting at minimum 3 months to see long lasting and automatic change.


Whether you’re interested in losing body fat, learning to eat more healthfully, preparing for a life shift or simply want to experience some R&R via group travel, we've got you covered!

Each experience comes with:

  1. Group and Individual coaching sessions with our Fitness, Nutrition, and Life Coaches to support you on the road to becoming your BEST SELF

  2. 2 workouts per day coached by a Certified Group or Personal Training Pro (including aqua fitness, circuit training, and resistance training)

  3. 1 guided group meditation per day lead by a Certified Life or Clarity Coach

  4. (optional) Morning or Sunset Yoga 

  5. On site chef preparing daily meals (2-3 meals per day provided)

  6. Assigned accountability buddies

  7. Professional Photography 

  8. Day trips and excursions geared around nutrition, culture, and adventure

  9. Complementary 30 days post-trip virtual Fitness, Nutrition, and Life Coaching Packages

  10. Access to private invite-only Facebook group for continued access to the FitNu Life network
