Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. This is a gentle & restorative yoga practice that focuses on releasing energy, healing/optimizing the body, and connecting asanas with your intentions. This 8-week yoga workshop is delivered online and is designed to be inclusive no matter where you are on your yoga journey. Our workshop will flow as follows: 1. We will spend 20 minutes in yoga asana prep 2. 10 minutes Surya Namaskar yoga flow, 3. 30 minutes Intentional Asana Practice, 4. 10 minutes Affirmations and Affirming Wins, 5. 5 minutes Pranayama practice, 6. 15 minutes meditation
